New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the initial purchase date.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • The request must be submitted within the 14-day window.
  • The purchase must be made directly through Suomi Corporation.
  • Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, or terms violations are not eligible.

3. Renewals and Partial Periods

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
